Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling Policy

It is understood that last-minute rescheduling is a part of our changing lives; however, I ask that you use courtesy in managing your appointments. These are the guidelines I use for rescheduling, late arrivals, and no-shows. For any rearrangement I appreciate as much notice as possible, in order to be able to offer the appointment to somebody else.

Rescheduling: You may alter your appointment up to 48 hours before the arranged time without charge; less than 48 hours notice I ask for the full fee. If you wish to arrange a substitute person in your place for an appointment, that is an acceptable option, and will avoid any additional fees. However, if the substitute should cancel, arrive late or not show, the final responsibility shall still be with you.

Late Arrivals: Your late arrival will still require that I end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter. Scheduling an appointment means that I reserve that particular time for you and only you, and have other commitments either side of that time.

No-shows: Will be expected to pay the full amount for the missed session.
