Any personal information gathered through consultation or observation in session or by email, letter or telephone correspondence will be treated in confidence and is understood to be shared consensually. Your personal information will be used only for the purpose of informing your treatment and will not be shared with third parties.

I keep your information stored securely in a locked box file. You have the right to request details on your case by contacting me. Your information will be held for up to 7 years after your last treatment, after which time it will be securely disposed of. You can withdraw your consent to me holding this information at any time and you can request for any personal information held about you to be deleted at any time by contacting me directly.

From time to time I may send out newsletter emails to update you of any practice changes. You will only receive these if you have given me your consent to do so during the initial consultation.
